*If you need to drop off your artwork earlier, please contact us in advance to arrange a time. Late artwork will not be accepted, and last-minute requests cannot be accommodated. Please plan ahead.

Artwork Requirements

  • Maximum width for wall-hung artwork: 25 inches wide (including frame)

  • Three-dimensional work must fit on a 12 × 12-inch pedestal, or the artist must provide an appropriate pedestal. Please contact us in advance to confirm that we can accommodate your piece.

  • Artwork must be original, not a reproduction.

  • Artwork must be clean, with the frame in gallery-ready condition.

  • Wall-hung artwork must have secure hanging wire.

  • The artist’s name, artwork title, medium, and sale price must be attached to the back before drop-off. In addition, the form below must be filled out by Thursday, August 6, by 5pm.
